Sound Baths
My name is Jenni Abee. I'm a 37 yo mother of 2 beautiful daughters. I am currently practicing as a (W)holistic nurse (and have been for the last 15 years), I'm a nurse coach, and a sound practitioner. Over the last 5 years I have been practicing and hosting lunar-ly aligned sound baths with my set of crystal bowls. Creating a safe space to lean into one's own subconscious, listen, reconnect, rebalance, and open up a space where others can begin to become re-member

Qoya Instructors

Katrina has spent her 38 years loving, hating, and learning to love her body again. She worked for years in a job that fell into her lap but it wasn't what she was supposed to do with her life. Enter Qoya!
Qoya was one of the first places she learned that she didn’t have to be at war with her body. Katrina has been a part of the Qoya community for 7+ years and a certified teacher for 3 years. Through Qoya she has deepened her connection to her body and found freedom to be her most authentic self. She hopes to provide a safe space for women to learn and feel the same!
What is Qoya?
Qoya is a practice based on the idea that through movement women remember their essence is wise, wild, and free. Qoya is an exploration into how a woman's body wants to move. This practice gives her a map to access her own wisdom through yoga, breathing, and meditation. It pushes her to authentically express herself and her creativity through dance. Finally, it invites her to expand her capacity to enjoy her body though feminine movement!

Yoga Instructors

Aloha, I am Kurt Rowley/yogi . My yoga practice started and continues because of a herniated disk in lumbar region of my back. I find many benefits besides decreased pain and increased mobility. The poses/asanas when connected or unified with breath are empowering. Yoga allows one to become the observer of oneself also grounding energies and potentially aligning the mind, body and spirit. I offer many different “styles” of yoga. I really enjoy leading and benefit from Yin and Hatha techniques, I also lead some challenging vinyasa classes.
Women's Empowerment Circle
Aloha, My name is Tia Claypool MEd, LPC, NCC, RPT, LMHC. I am a certified teacher and licensed mental health therapist. I've been teaching for over 20 years and helping people with
their mental health for more than 10 years. I'm a registered play therapist and licensed in different states across the nati on. Almost 10 years ago, I came to Hawaii to experience the Aloha Spirit and support others in finding happiness and well-being. Hawaii has been incredibly welcoming, and I'm grateful for the love and support I've received.
My goal is to empower individuals, helping them feel fulfilled and mentally healthy. I believe in creating a positive impact in Hawaii's community and assisting people in leading balanced lives. Let's embrace the spirit of Aloha together and build a brighter future.
