My name is Jenni Abee. I'm a 37 yo mother of 2 beautiful daughters. I am currently practicing as a (W)holistic nurse (and have been for the last 15 years), I'm a nurse coach, and a sound practitioner. Over the last 5 years I have been practicing and hosting lunar-ly aligned sound baths with my set of crystal bowls. Creating a safe space to lean into one's own subconscious, listen, reconnect, rebalance, and open up a space where others can begin to become re-member

Qoya Instructors

Katrina Yoga.jpg

Katrina has spent her 38 years loving, hating, and learning to love her body again. She worked for years in a job that fell into her lap but it wasn't what she was supposed to do with her life. Enter Qoya!

Qoya was one of the first places she learned that she didn’t have to be at war with her body. Katrina has been a part of the Qoya community for 7+ years and a certified teacher for 3 years. Through Qoya she has deepened her connection to her body and found freedom to be her most authentic self. She hopes to provide a safe space for women to learn and feel the same!

What is Qoya?

Qoya is a practice based on the idea that through movement women remember their essence is wise, wild, and free. Qoya is an exploration into how a woman's body wants to move. This practice gives her a map to access her own wisdom through yoga, breathing, and meditation. It pushes her to authentically express herself and her creativity through dance. Finally, it invites her to expand her capacity to enjoy her body though feminine movement!
