Our goal is to help of all of Oahu and we are doing it one single, one couple and one family at a time. We conduct encounters and intakes on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

WHO WE SERVE
1. Our rapid rehousing residents are referred to us through the State Coordinated Entry System based upon unit availability for HPO RRH, PSH and ESG RRH.
2. Our HPO Prevention clients do not need to be referred and is only for those who are imminently at risk of being homeless within 14 days (ex. illness in the family, loss of job, incarceration of family member) who can prove sustainability with earned and/or unearned income. Assistance can be up to 3 months upon approval.
WHAT WE DO
As an Emergency Shelter program, our job is to guide participant households to permanent housing opportunities as quickly as possible and connect them to the income, benefits, and other community resources that can support them to remain stably housed.

We aim for 1-3 months of housing services, which consist of identifying housing opportunities, connecting to income, completing apartment applications, securing identification and otherwise expediting, rather than delaying, the move into permanent housing.

All elements of the process are client-centered, trauma-informed and culturally competent, designed to respect participant households wherever they are in their path to housing.
